Rooted in the cultural beliefs of Mianyang’s Ancient Taurus Courier Route and local ethnic customs, the hotel’s bespoke artwork series draws inspiration from centuries-old courier stations and Tea Horse Road heritage, which define the city’s historical identity. Stacked stone slabs simulate ascending ancient courier paths; static stone installations embody profound historical accumulation, while fluid sculptural lines echo the endless flow of merchants and history. Our team completes full-cycle artwork design and custom fabrication, blending Sichuan bamboo craftsmanship and lake-view aesthetics into spatial art pieces. Motion-sensor lighting is integrated with artworks, activating historical narratives when guests approach. Merging traditional regional culture with Sheraton’s modern hospitality vibe, these custom artworks turn the hotel into a vivid cultural venue, delivering immersive artistic experiences for global travelers.

The horse is realistically portrayed using modern techniques. The horse's body is composed of keyboard keys, and the keyboard is the Chinese character "首" (head) with an open pattern. In ancient times, horses promoted communication and trade between people, and drove the development of the ancient economy. With the development of the Internet, people are getting closer. Information dissemination has been accelerated, making the world a "community". The historical scene is reproduced by integrating scientific and technological techniques with traditional images.

Using the method of ceramic deconstruction, we rearrange and combine them, connect them with metal wires, string together pieces of history, and create soft sculptures that depict the interaction between China and foreign countries.

This wall art installation is embellished with subtle red hues running through the dining area. Ancient Chinese characters in varied forms are scattered and embedded in the gaps of wood veneer, forming a rhythmic layered composition. Inspired by Mianyang’s ancient courier routes that connected merchants from all regions, written characters act just like these thoroughfares, serving as a medium for communication across regions and diverse cultures. The artwork infuses the entire dining space with profound humanistic charm and warm spatial temperament.
